The goal was to create awareness and educate potential customers on the benefits of a digital transportation management system, which can be accessed 24/7 from any device.

Nurturing Sales Email Funnel & Organizational Content

I created a nurturing sales email funnel and buyer's guide for Tailwind TMS that enlightened first-time buyers on the decision-making process and gently encouraged them to provide their information and download a free guide. The initial offering was followed by a series of emails to check in, provide answers to commonly asked questions, and impart more free resources, including case studies. The goal was to gain the buyer's trust and inspire them to engage by clicking through and scheduling a free demo. The tone was empathetic, the voice was casual and conversational, and was written from the viewpoint of Envase's executive team. The closing lines included catch phrases relatable to truck drivers.
