Lira Clinical, a $50M woman-owned D2C & B2B global skincare company, needed a new website with fresh branding, updated copy, and original content creation. It was essential to sales that we create an online shopping experience that matched the informative and personalized in-store customer experience. The content organization focused on Lira's six skincare lines, the skin conditions they address, and a brief customer quiz that delivers the best solution and suggested products, along with night, day, and weekly regimens. Shoppers can easily purchase the right products without making time-consuming and costly customer service calls or unnecessary returns. On the homepage, we featured before-and-after photos, reviews from loyal customers, links to blog posts, and Lira's Instagram feed.
The website's headlines are minimalistic, straightforward, and address both B2B skincare professionals and D2C consumers. Each word and phrase was carefully chosen, resulting in strong, on-brand, and easily digestible copy to efficiently deliver the desired message.
We provided a clean website design, ensuring Lira's products remain the hero, product descriptions and ingredients are accessible, and the new site matches the packaging. To complement the white and gray color palette, we implemented hues featured on the packaging and within Lira's logo. The products are strategically categorized and can be found via multiple menu options, homepage hero product and promo page links, and featured category spotlights. Lira Clinical's website redesign not only provides comprehensive education but also an intuitive and informative shopping experience.
